Which terminal do I say?
Whatever's on your ticket. Terminal 5 costs a little more than Terminals 2, 3 and 4, usually £5; the fare box above shows both. If you don't know yet, book anyway and tell the driver.
How early should I leave for a Heathrow flight?
Leave Hendon two and a half to three hours before a long-haul departure, or two hours for European flights. We can advise when you book.
Do you pick up from Heathrow too?
